you will get RS25/- for joining and after that you have to make others joined under you and search freelance project of your choice you can bid your project and start taking any work in addition you will be paid 5 Rs per referral.
eguru will pay affiliates half of the fees we charge users you referred. That means if you refer freelancers, you will earn 125 Rs or 4% (whichever is greater) every single time the programmer is chosen for a project. If you refer webmasters, you will earn 100 Rs or 2.5% (whichever is greater) every time they pick a freelancer for their project,And you could have a vast freelance job to apply too
