Top Network Marketing Company -is it a serious business?
Network marketing on the other hand is very much legal and has great potential for those who work hard at it. There are real products or real value to be used to make money. The prices are not in the thousands either. Products are bought based on need and desire, not necessity. There are many people who make really good money in network marketing but it takes a lot of effort and work. One must build an entire organization from scratch based on the legitimate products offered. You will be encouraged to help others succeed so you too can win. It is a form of retailing where you either sell the products from your company to others or sponsor other people who will be using the products for their own use or selling them. In no way are you taking advantage of others in network marketing.
Everyone can make money with enough effort. You will not make it rich over night no matter what anyone promises you. But you can live well with enough effort. You will need to follow a specific business dynamic to accomplish this.
Network marketing is a very serious business for highly determined people. The system has been proven and the design, creation, and expense that the corporate team has laid out are what you will follow like a road map to your own success. The big key in network marketing is that it is all about leverage. You work hard to get other people sponsored so you can make a percent off their work as well as your own. The most successful people who build a network do it in a very organized way. They dedicate themselves to it for a designated amount of hours per week to build it slowly over time. Then they sponsor others and train them on the company’s product and how to sponsor others.
By helping your people get their own sponsors you in essence duplicating yourself. This can lead to getting hundreds and even thousands of people into your network over time. You use your time to train others to be successful and earn income from their efforts.
With network marketing you do not need huge capital requirements and no area restrictions geographically. There are no required quotas you have to sell or purchase or specific educational background needed. All you need to have is drive and time. There is no high cost overhead and you can even qualify for many tax breaks for having the home-based business

Ebay And The Advent Of Cybercash
Gone are the days when only cash (or cattle in some cases) was the only accepted mode of payment for trades. As the concept of trading evolves, so does the means of paying for items.
Today’s electronic world pushes the envelop further. With the advent of online trading systems such as eBay, many new forms of payment have flourished.
First of all, on eBay, the mode of payment depends on the agreement of the buyer and the seller. Most often, the seller will specify his or her desired payment method. In these cases, the seller often has primacy in the decisions regarding payment modes. However, the buyer may still communicate with the seller regarding a viable alternative if it suits both parties.
The following is a list of common eBay payment modes.
Cash On Delivery Cash is, after all, still cash. This payment method can be done through a third party courier system or by the buyer and seller meeting each other at an agreed place. The advantage of such is that the exchange of item for payment is done in the presence of the buyer and the seller (or the seller’s representative). However, some people will qualm over the risk present when two strangers meet.
Personal Check One popular method of payment is personal check. Writing checks is easy and safe. However, many sellers do not like accepting check because they are easy to cancel.
PayPal is the payment of choice on eBay. In fact, eBay owns PayPal- Using PayPal is easy, convenient, and relatively safe. PayPal acts as like an internet ‘wire transfer.’ After signing up for PayPal, one may send cash over to anyone with an email address using the PayPal system. PayPal also has security features that safeguards against fraud in case there is dispute between the seller and the buyer. This system is best for transactions up to $1000.
Escrow.com is the payment of choice for purchases over $500. Escrow.com holds the buyer’s money from the seller until the seller delivers the item. Only then will the funds be released to the seller. This system makes for a very safe, although highly procedural transaction.
Wire Transfer This is the payment of choice for countries that do not carry the PayPal service. Wire transfers are risky because the buyer usually has to wire over the funds before the seller sends the items. The chance for non-delivery of items is high.
Other Payment Systems The number of third party payment services is steadily on the rise. Their systems for payment vary. However, to be successful they must be convenient to use and safe as well.

Opening doors on the web -Blogs
Technology has advanced to a point where all one needs to do is create an account, a username and password and the doors to the wide world are open. Bloggers across the world also have the liberty to share and let their work be read by others. If there are a group of people who are into similar writing they might even get together and write on a single blog where they all have unlimited access. And one can also use the text link exchange option incase there are other blogs he frequents. Those who are interested in advertising their websites can avail a premium membership where they will be expected to pay a nominal amount every month or year.
In order to bring in more readers to the blog, one can either write about current hot topics or have a simple name which will come up while doing a search. There are a number of companies coming up with sites to promote business ventures, news about businesses, any seminars or events happening in the same arena.
The traffic on such sites will be people from the industry or those looking for more information on how to enhance their business ventures. These are sites where you become a member, and can share, exchange and get information from. The content is monitored regularly and so are the kinds of people visiting the sites. Since they mean business, they do not encourage random visitors or offensive languages, and adult content. At the end of the day, there must be something that you gain by being part of the site.
A website is a place on the internet where people go to look for some information or learn about something that draws their interest. It may also churn out leads for prospective clients or new projects. Learning to go through the maze of the web is the way to survive.
How Many Links Should I Have To Point At My Website?
Using links as a way to get your search engine ranking high is a good thing. The question that many people ask, though, is just how many links should you have in order to have this happen? Can you have too many? Link marketing is the use of links to build traffic to your website as well as to build your search engine ranking. These things go hand in hand. If you want to increase your search engine rank, work on your links.
But, How Much?
There is no real set number. It's not having ten or twenty or even having a 100. It is more about having the right type of links coming to your website. For example, you need to consider both reciprocal links as well as those that are one way links. One way links generate traffic to your site without luring someone away with additional links on your website. Reciprocal links, when placed correctly and used in the right overall manner can help as well.
Beyond this, you will want to work with having good quality links. The links should be related in some way to your website. For many this will mean finding webmasters that offers similar, but not the same content as your site. If you are in the market of refurbishing homes, you may want to have links at your site that are not directly related but indirectly. Here, you could have a roof specialist listed.
As far as how many links you should have pointing to your website, the best number to go with is as many as you can. Make sure that they are solid, well researched links, not something that is inexpensively purchased. Make sure they provide for both reciprocal and one way links. Use them correctly and your business really can benefit from them.

Could The New Google Spider Be Causing Issues With Websites?
I started digging into this and you'd be surprised at what I found out.
First, let's look at the timeline of events:
In fact, it was in this thread: http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/25897-9-10.htm that the bot was first reported on. It concerned some posters who thought that perhaps this could be regular users masquerading as the famous bot.
Early on it also appeared that the new bot wasn't obeying the Robots.txt file. This is the protocol which allows or denies crawling to parts of a website.
Speculation grew on what the new crawler was until Matt Cutts mentioned a new Google test data center http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/good-magazines/#comment-5293. For those that don't know, Matt Cutts is a senior engineer with Google and one of the few Google employees talking to us "regular folk." This mention happened in November.
There wasn't much mention of Big Daddy until early January of this year when Matt again blogged about it asking for feedback. http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/bigdaddy/
Much feedback was given on the accuracy of the results. There were also those that asked if the Mozilla Googlebot (known as "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html)" in your visitor logs) and Big Daddy were related, but no response was made.
Now I'm going to begin some of my own speculation:
I do in fact believe the two are related. In fact, I think this new crawler will eventually replace the old crawlers just as Big Daddy will replace the current data infrastructure. http://www.textlinkbrokers.com/blogs/comments/310_0_1_0_C/
Why is this important?
Based on my observations, this crawler may be able to do so much more than the old crawler. For one, it emulates a newer browser. The old bot was based on the Lynx text based browser. While I'm sure Google added features as time went on, the basic Lynx browser is just that – basic. Which explains why Google couldn't deal with things like JavaScript, CSS and Flash. However, with the new spider, built on the Mozilla engine, there are so many possibilities.
Just look at what your Mozilla or Firefox browser can do itself – render CSS, read and execute JavaScript and other scripting languages, even emulate other browsers. But that's not all.
I've talked to a few of my clients and their sites are getting hammered by this new spider. It has gotten so bad that some of their servers have gone down because of the volume of traffic from this one spider!
On the plus side, I have clients who went from a few hundred thousand indexed pages to over 10 million in just a few weeks! Literally since December, 2005 there's been a 3500% increase in indexed pages over an 8 week period! Just so you know, this is also the client's site that went down because of the huge volume of crawling happening.
But that's still not all.
I have another client which uses IP recognition to serve content based on a person's geographic location. If you live in the US you get American content and pricing; if you live in the UK you get UK content and pricing. As you may imagine, the UK, US, Canadian and Australian content is all very similar. In fact about the only thing noticeably different is the pricing aspect.
This is my concern – if the duplicate content gets indexed by Google what will they do? There's a good chance that the site would be penalized or even banned for violation of the webmaster quality guidelines set forth by Google here: http://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html#quality
This is why we implemented IP recognition – so that Googlebot, which crawls from US IP addresses only sees one version of the site. However, a review of the server logs shows that this new Googlebot has been visiting not only the US content but also the content of the other sections of the site. Naturally, I wanted to verify that the IP recognition was working. It is. This leads me to wonder then; can this browser spoof its location and/or use a proxy?
Imagine that – the browser is smart enough to do some of its own testing by viewing the site from multiple IP addresses. If that's the case then those who cloak sites are going to have problems.
In any case, from the limited observations I've made, this new Google – both the data center and the spider – are going to change the way we do things.

PHPBB2 is a terrific bit of open source software. Build the forum the way you want and then select the "mods" that work the best for you.
Chat – What forum isn’t complete without a chat room. PHPBB2, for one. Yes, you have to install one yourself but the IRQ chat add-on is certainly worth it and it works much better than some that I have seen on sites that contain this feature. EZBoard is one such site that comes to mind.
Who Is Online – As an administrator you already know who is online at any given time. Unfortunately, the “stock” version of this feature shows people who have been online only for the past five minutes. Fortunately, a mod has been developed that can extend this feature to fifteen minutes or later. Is this important? No, but it gives you a more accurate picture of what your real time traffic figures really are.
Google Ads – A special mod has been developed to permit you to run and display banner ads, much like Google’s AdSense. Hey, you want to make a little bit of money off of your site now don’t you?
Smilies – You do love emoticons, don’t you? Well even if you don’t, they can certainly spice up any forum. Lots of neat “paks” have been developed, some containing animated icons too. Especially nice to have around Yuletide for easy access to Christmas themed emoticons.
Disable Board Message – Being able to customize the message you have posted when your site is down is essential to clueing in your members as to the time when your forum will once again become activated. This mod does just that.
There are numerous other mods and styles from which you can choose. Some are easy to install while others are moderately so. A small group of mods are difficult to install and will take you well over one hour to complete. Choose your battles wisely and be careful when you install updates to PHPBB2. By not selecting a “patch” file update you can erase any modifications you made in just moments.
